    Homebuyer Report in Kent

    The RICS Homebuyer Report is the right choice if you are buying a home made of conventional building materials i.e. tile & brick, not dilapidated and less than 100 years old.

Is it best to have a Full Structural Survey, Building Survey or HomeBuyer Report for a home in Kent and which one would be cheaper?

The Full Structural Survey has been updated to a Building Survey but is effectively the same comprehensive survey.

If the Kent property is a flat or maisonette, or is 100 or more years old, or has been extended or modified, or is of non standard construction (i.e. not brick and tile), you should choose the cheaper HomeBuyer Report.
